皆様のニーズを正確に把握し、子供たちのやる気をサポートするため、推奨するコースとレベルを決定する前に、すべての保護者と生徒へのカウンセリングをおこなっています。カウンセリングではコースの内容とコンセプト、スピーチ、ドラマ、アート＆クラフトのようなアクティビティレッスンの説明をいたします。

保護者の皆様はもちろんお子様の成長を気にかけるものです。保護者の皆様にはそれぞれのお子様の会話力、授業の理解度や達成度の報告書を定期的にお渡しします。コムエスでは保護者の皆様とのコミュニケーションを大切にします。子供たちのレッスンを一緒に理解していただくことが、子供たちへのサポートになると考えています。

お子様のレッスンの間、保護者の皆様は居心地のよいラウンジでコーヒーやお茶をお楽しみいただけます。ラウンジにて穏やかなひと時をお過ごしいただき、リラックスしながら、お子様のレッスン環境をご確認いただけます。

To match your expectation and your child’s needs, Comm Ess counsel all parents and their children before making any recommendations as to the level and type of course required.

It is essential that you are made aware of your child’s prog-ress. Parents will be sent a short but comprehensive termly report, on the levels of knowledge assimilation, practical spoken skills and up-to-date achievements attained by your child.

<<Parents’/Mothers’ Lounge>>

During lesson periods, you are welcome to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in our pleasant and cosy lounge. The lounge provides a welcome, peaceful break for you to relax knowing that your child is in a happy, safe, caring and learning environment.
